Revolve Fitness is looking for a driven and energetic Sales + Studio Lead to take charge of lead nurturing, trial conversion, member experience, and coaching. This full-time (40 hrs/week) role combines coaching with sales and leadership responsibilities — offering real pay, benefits, and career growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn’t your typical coaching gig. The Sales + Studio Lead is responsible for driving sales growth, managing leads, and ensuring Revolve’s classes run smoothly. You’ll work directly with the studio owner, lead daily follow-ups with warm and new leads, and ensure new members are welcomed and converted into long-term clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Daily

Ensure all classes are staffed for the following day(s), and confirm with coaches

Respond immediately (within 5 minutes) to new leads via phone and text

Follow up on missed sales, failed payments, and warm leads

Send daily trial notifications and follow-ups to new and current members
-
Be present for trial classes you book — creating a high-conversion experience

Prepare coach for upcoming trial classes by sharing key info from intake

Update CRM and Numbers Tracker daily

Log notes on all lead interactions and monitor trial no-shows

Send daily performance updates (new leads, conversions, red flags)
Weekly

Create essential digital components using Canva
-
Proof workout programming for accuracy and consistency

Audit the lead funnel and re-engage inactive leads
-
Coordinate or support marketing events and initiatives
-
Check 7-day lead KPI's and adjust sales strategy as needed
Monthly

Review KPIs (response times, conversion rates, retention, and total sales)

Audit and clean the lead pipeline
-
Review cancellations and churn trends for retention insights
-
Meet with the studio owner to review overall performance and set new goals

Lead a brief monthly sync with staff to reinforce standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)

3–5 years of experience in sales, lead nurturing, or the fitness industry

Current fitness certification (Group Fitness or Personal Training required)

Proficient in:

Google Sheets/Excel

Canva
-
Wodify (or similar scheduling software)

Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager

Strong sales and communication skills (comfortable with phone and in-person conversions)

Coachable, eager to learn, and self-motivated

Able to handle constructive feedback and adjust quickly

Experience running or supporting lead nurture systems

High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and some weekends as needed
